Prefabricated sprinkler pipe is combined with factory assembly of selected components, project-specific labelling and installation-ready delivery. This reduces work on site and supports a faster, more predictable installation.

Project preparation
Customer drawings and documentation are reviewed before production starts.

Pipe prefabrication
Pipework is prepared to the project drawings and requirements.

Welding
Welding is carried out by experienced personnel in a controlled factory environment.

Grooving
Pipe ends are grooved for secure and efficient installation on site.

Surface treatment
Painting and finishing are completed according to project requirements.

Factory assembly
Selected components can be assembled onto prefabricated pipe before delivery.

Labelling and packaging
Items are labelled and packed to support an efficient installation sequence on site.
