Quality
Industrial quality in every step
From documentation to delivery.

Control throughout production.
Our quality process is involved throughout the entire journey, from start-up to delivery. All operations in production are checked by the next stage in the process. The marking of pipes is verified by the welder before welding begins. After welding, all pipes are inspected before a leak test is carried out. The quality of our painting is checked using a coating thickness gauge. The final quality inspection in the process is performed in the assembly department.
- 01
Controlled factory environment
Production takes place in a controlled factory setting, bringing preparation, welding and assembly into a coordinated workflow. This gives the project a consistent starting point before installation on site.
- 02
Welding expertise
Experienced welding personnel are central to pipe prefabrication. Their practical know-how connects the project documentation with the work carried out on the production floor.
- 03
Traceability and documentation
Project drawings, production information and item labelling connect the stages from preparation to delivery. The scope of the accompanying documentation is agreed for the individual project.
- 04
Continuous improvement
The continued development of production builds on the experience of the local team. Improvements to equipment, capacity and ways of working support the long-term development of the Lammhult operation.

Standards & documentation
A place for the documents that support the agreed project scope, from technical information to applicable certificates.
