Production
Production at the heart of Sweden
Prefabricated sprinkler pipe from Lammhult.

From drawings to finished delivery.
The production facility in Lammhult has long been a centre for prefabricating sprinkler pipe for Swedish and Nordic projects. Experienced staff, established processes and suitable equipment come together to deliver project-specific pipe systems with high precision.
The equipment supports cutting and preparation, welding, grooving, surface treatment, assembly and labelling.

Seven steps from project to delivery.
- 01
Project preparation
The process starts with the project drawings and supporting documentation. The intended pipe arrangement and assembly requirements provide the basis for preparing the work at the factory.
- 02
Pipe prefabrication
Pipework is prepared to the project drawings. Cutting and preparation create the individual sections that will move through welding, grooving and the subsequent production stages.
- 03
Grooving
Pipe ends are grooved to prepare them for connection during installation. This stage forms part of the coordinated prefabrication flow before finishing, assembly and packing.
- 04
Welding
Welding brings the prepared pipe sections together in a controlled factory environment. Experienced personnel work from the project documentation as the prefabricated system takes shape.
- 05
Surface treatment
Painting and finishing follow the requirements of the project. Surface treatment is coordinated with the other production stages so the pipework can continue towards assembly and delivery.
- 06
Factory assembly
Selected components can be assembled onto the prefabricated pipe before it leaves the factory. This is the basis of SmartPrefab: combining pipe prefabrication with more of the assembly work in one production flow.
- 07
Labelling and packaging
The finished items are labelled and packed with the installation sequence in mind. Project-specific identification helps the receiving team organise the delivery and prepare the work on site.
- 08
Delivery
Coordinated shipments in consultation with the customer; the project is delivered to the construction site according to specified preferences and dates. Scheduled time-unloading can also be offered.
SmartPrefab
SmartPrefab – more completed at the factory.
Prefabricated sprinkler pipe is combined with factory assembly of selected components, project-specific labelling and installation-ready delivery. This reduces work on site and supports a faster, more predictable installation.
In our production facility, we install various types of grooved fittings — such as tees, elbows and reducers — directly onto the pipes. In practice, SmartPrefab works like a Lego system: you start with pipe no. 1, connect it to pipe no. 2, and so on. Everything is pre-cut and pre-assembled in our prefab workshop, so the customer simply needs to consult the drawing, start with the pipe at the top of the bundle, and then continue the installation on site.
